This kitchen is undergoing a huge transformation. The fireplace and adjoining wall have been removed, new cabinets, countertops and backspash will replace the old. Medium brown wood floors will replace the light brown original flooring and a larger island will be brought in for a more spacious prep area and extra room for dining.
Of course a transformation like this comes with a few adjustments for a short while, like setting up a make-shift kitchen in the basement, expecting that there will be dust (lots of dust), and that unexpected things come up and change orders come into play which may result in a delay or two BUT the most wonderful thing is seeing your dream renovation become a reality. No matter how large or small it is, it’s a beautiful thing and something you are going to enjoy for years to come!

Where did everything go?
Beautiful new white cabinets and medium brown wood floors are being installed.
Progress Report
New floors have been laid (covered for protection), the island, white cabinets and granite countertops are now in place. The island and cabinets show off broad spindle legs providing beautiful detail. The vaulted ceiling have a flat smooth finish and the bullnose corners of the walls match the finish on the countertops.
Renovation Reveal!
We are so excited to share this total renovation with you. After gutting the entire kitchen and living room a beautiful new spacious living area has been created. The craftsmanship touches make this renovation top-notch and the white cabinets from Builder Preferred Cabinetry brighten up the whole area. The owner is so excited to share this space with others and get all settled in!

This inviting kitchen makes great use of space with organization and storage, from the trash can tucked neatly into the island, the organizational bins in the cabinets or the tv that finds it’s home perfectly above the double oven.

Creating lighting zones with Inspired LED, and a seamless backsplash with the electrical outlets tucked under the cabinets and camouflaged within the island.
Details
The doorways were enhanced with new doors and hand crafted framework. The entry also added a complementing bannister and carpet on the stairs.
Laundry Room and Half Bath
Making use of the old kitchen cabinets. The owner loves the little hanging room addition for the laundry.
